ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Saunders Concepts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

You have 7 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at daphne@saundersconcepts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
